Dear whoever is reading this,

That razor in your hand? Put it down.

That Lighter? Put it down as well.

About to make yourself throw up? Don’t.

Starving yourself? You’re already beautiful.

That rope? Put it away.

That gun? Where’d you get it? Give it back.

You are amazing just the way you are. You don’t need to starve yourself to be pretty, Don’t self-harm because you had a bad day. Whether it be because of your family, you were bullied, whatever the reason may be, don’t do it. Thinking about suicide? Don’t. Suicide does not end the chances of life getting worse, Suicide eliminates the possibility of it ever getting better. Suicide is a permanant solution to a temporary problem.

You think no one cares? You’re wrong. Once someone finds out you’re Anorexic/Bulimic the first thought in their mind? They immediately think of all the bad things they said about you. Teasing you about your crazy eating habits (Even though they were only kidding. They thought you knew they were joking.), Joking about your thunder thighs, saying theor clothes would be too big on you.

When they find out you Cut or Burn yourself, so that the physical pain outweighs the emotional pain? They immediately regret all the times they called you ugly, annoying, weird, any type of name. They feel horrendous about that time they accidentally tripped you in front of your crush, so you made a fool out of yourself. They blame themselves, “Well maybe if I hadn’t done that, she wouldn’t have hurt herself, and she wouldn’t be in the ER right now…”

When they are told you killed yourself, Their heart stops. They think it was their fault. That girl who spilled her lunch all over your new shirt, She starts sobbing. She thinks its her fault. The boy who say behind you in math class and launched spit balls in your hair, He breaks down he blames himself. He was only trying to flirt with you. Your parents? They blame themselves, maybe if they hadn’t been so hard on you, you wouldn’t have done it. They hate themselves for not noticing it sooner. Your whole class, school, town, they all miss you. They all knew exactly who you were. The beautiful young girl who always had a smile on her face, always helped out when needed. They never would’ve guessed you would kill yourself. They build a memorial for you right in the center of town where they will aleays see it, and always remember you. Your school dedicates a whole wall to you. People post pictures on it, draw on it, write notes on it. They all loved you.

I Love You<3 Stay Strong, Do it for your loved ones, do it for me.
